Kaukau 4 Keiki
Summer Meal Box Program
Kaukau 4 Keiki provides nutritious meals to children across Hawaiʻi through summer meal box programs in partnership with the Department of of Education’s Hawaiʻi Child Nutrition Program.
Each box can provide up to 14 meals per keiki!
Many students rely on free or reduced-price meals they receive during the school year. However, not all schools are able to continue these meal programs during the summer, due to staffing, logistical, and funding challenges.
Keiki 18 years and younger, as well as children with disabilities up to age 22, in 967xx zip codes are eligible to register for the program.
