One of our favorite summer treats! It's super simple to make these Greek yogurt pops, and they're the perfect snack on a hot summer day ☀️
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen or fresh fruit ✅
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt ✅
- 2-3 Tbsp of Honey
- 1 lemon ✅
- Additional chopped frozen or fresh fruit ✅
Directions
- In a blender add frozen fruit, yogurt, and honey.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add in the zest of one lemon and half the juice of one lemon. Mix together.
- Fill popsicle molds halfway before adding in some extra fruit chunks.
- Finish filling the molds and add in your popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for 4 hours or until solid.
- To help release your popsicles, run the mold under warm water for about 30 seconds and they should pop right out. Enjoy!
